Canada Special Event Cover #CPEC1 - Canada Philatelic Exhibition Card - CAPEX 78 (Set of 3) (1978)

First Canadian philatelic exhibition card, which is officially listed in the Unitrade catalogue (p. 560, ed. 2025/6). It is a set of three commemorating the CAPEX 78 exhibition and each card has a unique serial number.

The first is printed by Ashton Potter (AP) and describes the different lithographic layers used for the stamp "April in Algonquin Park" by Tom Thomson (Scott #733).

The second is by the British American Bank Note Company (BABN) and shows the engraving used for the quadricentenary of the arrival of Jacques Cartier (Scott #208).

The last card is printed by the Canadian Bank Note Company (CBN) and depicts the engraving used for the 1935 stamp from the Special Delivery issue (Scott #E6).
