Re-entry "doubling of the top frameline" (pos. 6)

This re-entry from position 6 has been listed as the "major re-entry" in catalogues for many years. It is, in fact, a relatively minor re-entry that is very similar to others that occur in at least six positions across the top row of the plate. All of these re-entries consist primarily of doubling to the middle arc of the upper frame line and the ball ornaments on either side. Some positions also show very slight doubling or a thickening to the tops of the ornaments in either or both of the corners. Unrelated to the re-entry but useful for identifying position 6 is a faint guideline that crosses "CANADA" and another that shows in the right margin of the stamp. This re-entry from position 6 is listed in Unitrade as #47i.
