Canada Stamp #926B - Parliament Buildings (1987) 36¢
SKU: CAN-0926B
Corner Block (Lower Right) - VFNH - Misperforated
(PB-LR-004)
Stunning lower right corner block of four of the 1987 multicoloured 36¢ Parliament definitive with a substantive perforation shift to the left causing the "3" of the "36" facial value to disappear in the perforations! If these stamps were used for postage, would they now only count as 6¢?!?
