GOOD LORD... is the Parliament on fire?!? This is the booklet pane #1187a in cover with green tab markings (#BK96b), but there is significant slippery print on the 6¢ brown Parliament (#942ii) causing a "smoke in the sky" variety! This is not a constant plate variety, but a printing error, so each pane is slightly unique... a very nice and interesting booklet!
