Superb block of four of the 38¢ Multicoloured Parliament definitive with a substantive upward perforation shift splitting the bottom of the stamp! You may have seen that we had some similar copies earlier in the month, but these had a downward perforation shift. Therefore this is the only such copy we have at the moment, a great error!
