Complete sheet of 100 stamps of the 1988 38¢ multicoloured parliament definitive with a MAJOR RIGHTWARD PERFORATION SHIFT ERROR across the whole sheet! Furthermore, the photo is not crooked, but it is the misperforation that is SEVERLY SLANTED!

The error is at its strongest on the upper left corner, where the "C" of "Canada" is split in half by the perforations on the left! At this point, there is also a significative upward shift, as the bottom the illustration nearly touches the perforations!

On the other hand, the error is at its weakest on the lower right corner, where the left part of the design barely reaches the perforations and the stamp is more or less correctly aligned on the vertical axis!

The sheet was once horizontally folded in half along the vertical perforations in the centre and the two lower stamps along this axis are partially detached.

But this is pretty minor considering we do not see a complete misperforated sheet of this magnitude every day and that it would constitute a showpiece item for any advanced error collector!!!
