Very large margined example of the 1st Canadian stamp, the three pence beaver on laid paper. Pen cancellation with a meticulously struck seven ring target cancellation above. The horizontal stripes on the back, characteristic of this type of paper, are easily visible. Also with the orange red shade (#1a). Certified genuine and without fault by AIEP expert Richard Gratton!
