Stamp remover liquid is the safest thing to use to remove stamps from whatever they are stuck to. Instantly and gently lifts stamps from their backing paper or hinges. Older hinges can be very adhesive and you often need stamp remover liquid to get themcompletely off. Also separates stamps which have stuck together. Perfectly safe to use on all of your stamps.
